Since 1991, Cornwall House OT has been delivering exceptional occupational therapy services across Western Australia. With over 30 years of experience, we now offer a full range of OT services for people of all ages—from infants to older adults. Our highly skilled team is dedicated to helping individuals with or without disabilities, as well as their families, achieve their personal goals, develop essential skills, and enhance their quality of life.

At Cornwall House, we take pride in being one of the few places in WA where you can access assessments and Services for Assistance Animals, as well as Animal-Assisted Therapy. Our dog's and horses are specially trained to work in an OT setting, and are integral to helping clients build confidence, improve well-being and much more.

Our offices are conveniently located in Bassendean and Yanchep, servicing a wide range of nearby suburbs, including Midland, Swan Valley, Joondalup, Gingin, Lancelin and more. Whether you visit us in-office or require services within your home, Cornwall House OT is here to help!

We are proud to be an approved provider with NDIS and PIT (Post Intervention Therapy) Funding. We also accept Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans.
