Occupational Therapy helps people to achieve the things they want, need or have to do. Occupational Therapists can help people with and without disabilities, of all ages.

Specifically our OT's have experience working with children and adults. We provide services to assist children to develop their school skills such as reading, writing, sustaining attention, cutting and social skills to name a few. Our adult services include in-home assessments to assess functional capacity, determine individual skill development areas, assess for and recommend for equipment and modifications as required. At Cornwall House out focus is you, your strengths and your goals. All services are tailored to suit your needs.  Specifically Cornwall House will conduct a comprehensive assessment, provide intervention and treatment for difficulties as identified from the assessment. 

As part of therapy we can liaise with teachers and other professionals in addition to providing suggestions at home. All therapy sessions utilise fun and varied activities to stimulate your child’s interest and development.
